Report Cards (Open House) K-12th Grade

During this time, Grades K-6 teachers will meet in the elementary cafeteria and Grades 7-12 teachers will meet in the high school cafeteria.

Grade level teachers should assemble together at a table to pass out report cards to the parents. Any parent requesting to discuss specifics of a student's performance or needs should schedule a conference. There will be a sign up sheet in each cafeteria for the parent to delineate the student's name, grade, and specific teacher he or she would like to conference with. Following open house, this information will be shared with teachers to allow each teacher to setup a conference at a time that is convenient for them. This protects the privacy and confidentiality of student information. Furthermore, it allows for a more effective parent conference in which the teacher can give undivided attention to the parent and student's needs.

There will also be chrome books setup in each cafeteria for parents to complete the title 1 survey. If a parent has students in multiple grade levels, he or she only needs to complete one survey.
